If you are an Express Scripts member and already registered on our website or mobile app, follow these steps:

Members include those who have Express Scripts prescription benefits through their employer, health plan, or directly via Medicare Part D.

Depending on your plan, you may have received an Express Scripts member ID card. Or, you may have received one ID card for both your medical and prescription medicine benefits.
You can find your Express Scripts member number on the front of your Express Scripts member ID card.

If you have one ID card for both your medical and prescription medicine benefits, you can typically find your Express Scripts member number on the front of this card.
Once you log in to Express-Scripts.com, select "Price a medication" under Manage Prescriptions on the menu, enter the drug name and then follow the steps to view pricing and coverage information. The coverage and pricing information serves as a general overview of your plan.
Our website can show you a summary of your plan. It suggests when to use retail pharmacies and recommends when you can take advantage of prescription home delivery from the Express Scripts Pharmacy, if applicable. From the menu, "Benefit Highlights" also shows you the days’ supply, copay, deductible and out-of-pocket expenses associated with using your plan.
If your benefit plan includes the convenience of our home delivery services, you can have up to a 90-day supply of your medicines shipped to your door. Depending on your plan, taking advantage of home delivery could save you money. Check your plan’s specifics for details.
Once you are logged into our website or mobile app, select "Locate a Pharmacy" from the menu and search by ZIP code or city and state.

From your mobile device, you can get turn-by-turn directions to the nearest participating retail pharmacy.
If you couldn’t use your member ID card for a prescription allowed by your plan, you can submit a claim for reimbursement. Your reimbursement claim will be considered based on your plan.

You may submit a claim form if you have paid full price for a prescription order at a pharmacy if:
  • The pharmacy does not accept your member ID card
  • You have not received your member ID card
  • Your plan requires you to submit a claim form for all of your participating retail pharmacy purchases

On the website, you can go to "Health and Benefits Information" from the home page menu to view links to print home delivery and claims forms as well as questionnaires. If your plan allows, you can also print an ID Card.

From your mobile device, you can use our mobile app or mobile website to view your ID card at any time.
If you take prescription medicine on an ongoing basis, your plan may allow you to order from our convenient home delivery pharmacy. Once you start, you can refill and renew your prescriptions from the website or mobile app - and free standard shipping is included.

To review your home delivery opportunities, go to the website or mobile app and for any medicine that displays the "Transfer to Home Delivery" option, click the button, then select the item and click "add to cart". After you add your retail medicine to the cart, complete the checkout process in order to finalize the transfer to home delivery. Express Scripts will then reach out to your doctor to receive approval.
The Express Scripts Mobile App lets you access and manage your prescriptions while you are on-the-go.
